Bio

Most of my life has occurred in the New Orleans metro area in South-East Louisiana. I seem to enjoy the old and dirty parts of town: the areas where you can see the layers of paint on buildings, where there is a parking lot half grown over with weeds, the places where you can see old warehouses in the distance. New Orleans has shaped me in many ways and I am proud of that, but I must move on. I am currently pursuing an MFA at the University of Georgia. Living in Athens, Georgia is a bit different from New Orleans but it has it's charm. There aren't quite as many vacant lots but the hills make up for it.
